Position:Operations Manager / Operations Director (Alternative Medicine & Hospitals)

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the organization's operational activities in alignment with corporate strategies and policies

Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational systems and processes to enhance organizational efficiency

Supervise and manage key operational functions including finance, accounting, procurement, and human resources

Identify operational issues and provide strategic recommendations for improvement

Lead and mentor management teams across departments to ensure effective execution of organizational goals

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Support senior management in strategic planning and organizational development

Monitor operational performance and report progress to executive leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields

Minimum 8 years of experience in senior management or leadership roles

Strong expertise in managing and overseeing key operational areas including, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Human Resources, Organizational administration.

Prior experience in hospital management, clinic operations, or healthcare-related organizations will be an advantage

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Proven leadership capability with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

High integrity, strong ethical standards, and a sense of responsibility

Strategic thinking with the ability to drive operational improvements
