The Operations Manager is leading overall plant operations with a strong focus on operational excellence, cost control, continuous improvement, and people management to ensure the plant operates in full compliance with legal and internal standards while driving efficiency, productivity, and sustainable cost reductions.

Job Description
- Lead and manage overall plant operations including operation, quality, health and safety, supply chain and engineering.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, quality, and internal requirements
- Drive operational performance to achieve production, cost, quality, and delivery targets
- Handle plant cost structure, budget control, working capital, and operating cost reduction initiatives
- Lead, develop, and engage management teams and shop-floor employees with clear goals and accountability.
- Implement and sustain continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
- Monitor industry benchmarks and best practices to maintain cost and operational competitiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related disciplines
- Over 15 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or engineering management
- Experience in hard industry is preferred (e.g. heavy manufacturing, building materials, steel, glass, chemicals, or similar process industries)
- Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills
- Strong in English communication and familiar work closely with international team
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset
