As part of our growth, we are expanding our operational capabilities and seeking a proactive Operations Specialist to oversee both account and card transaction flows, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Processing:

  • Monitor timely and accurate processing of both account and card transactions, including payments, fund transfers, and reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with the internal teams to verify transaction details, validate payment instructions, and ensure adherence to established protocols.
  • Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies, payment rejections, and card settlement issues by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure compliance with Statrys operational and regulatory requirements.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes, enhance efficiency, and optimise resource utilisation within the Operations Team.
  • Analyse transaction data, payment logs, and system records to identify root causes of payment discrepancies, delays, or failures.
  • Analyse existing workflows and procedures to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Customer Support, Technical Teams, and Product Development, to troubleshoot payment issues, implement corrective actions, and enhance client experience.
  • Liaise with external partners, financial institutions, and payment service providers to address payment processing challenges and optimise payment workflows.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or as an Account Manager.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a high-energy environment.
  • Team player with a proven ability to work effectively under pressure.
