5 Star Marine is located at Phuket Boat Lagoon and this is an onsite job, so you will be working with our team directly on the pier.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Supervisor role based in Phuket. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, coordinate schedules, manage staff, and ensure smooth execution of private tours. Responsibilities include monitoring boat activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and maintaining high service standards. The role involves regular interactions with team members and clients, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in Operations and Operations Management to ensure efficient and seamless workflows
