Responsibilities
1.Plan, control, and monitor daily goods issuance operations within the warehouse to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures. 2.Ensure warehouse facilities and storage areas are properly maintained and suitable for the types of products stored. 3.Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to support smooth warehouse and distribution operations. 4.Prepare and submit operational reports, including warehouse space utilization, inventory movement, goods issuance, inventory balance, and other related reports, for management review. 5.Continuously review, improve, and develop operational processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. 6.Provide guidance, supervision, and support to team members to ensure correct work practices and achievement of departmental and warehouse KPIs. 7.Utilize available systems and tools to effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. 8.Monitor work progress and promptly report operational issues, risks, or delays to supervisors to enable timely corrective and preventive actions. 9.Attend all required safety training programs related to job responsibilities and strictly comply with safety standards. 10.Ensure the proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) during work activities. 11.Comply with all company rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, including Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental policies. 12.Immediately report any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or work-related incidents to supervisors without delay. 13.Participate in annual emergency response, evacuation, and fire drill exercises as required by the company. 14.Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. 15.Prepare and submit reports as assigned. 16.Execute daily tasks in accordance with supervisors instructions, maintaining high standards of pe rformance and continuously improving work quality to meet established operational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or system control (supervisory experience is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management processes and warehouse systems (WMS, ERP, or similar systems).
- Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external customers effectively.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Can communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
