We are looking for
Operations Support Administrator, Installation.
S/He should organize office administration, in support of an assigned professional or manager team and provide installation operations support for South-East Asia countries and resolve installation business-related issues in support of the department's overall goals.
Your Tasks And Responsibilities
- You will arrange the Installation tools shipment across borders.
- You will prepare documentations required for Import/Export customs clearance.
- You will be in charge of tracking installation tools and equipment for validation / calibration due date.
- You will maintain and remind all members on the documentation for timely submission.
- You will collaborate with cross functional teams and perform other duties to achieve the assigned objectives.
- You will provide administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff's workload.
- You will coordinate shipment requests to foreign countries and prepare import/export supporting documents for customs clearance.
- You will create and maintain the accuracy of customer-related data in SAP / Salesforce.
- You will process installation / post-acceptance documents in SAP / Salesforce.
- You will create purchase requisitions for indirect purchases in Cumulus and cooperate with the Procurement team to generate purchase orders.
- You will run operational performance reports from business systems as required for management review processes (Electronic Field Service Reports - EFSR's).
- You will keep abreast of products, deliveries, and service rates, and receive trainings to provide sufficient product knowledge to communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders on routine matters.
- You will establish and maintain accurate records, filing, and follow-up systems in accordance with office needs, and trains new hires on procedures and paperwork.
- You will support the activities of assigned field personnel as directed by the Business Operation Manager.

Minimum Required Skills And Knowledge
- You have an educational background in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- You have solid work experience in handling shipping and import/export documents, etc. and support shipment arrangement.
- You have experience/knowledge of ERP systems and corporate applications, including SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, Cumulus, Concur, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
- You have strong interpersonal communication skills.
- You are responsible, self-motivated, mature, and able to work independently.
- You have good command of both written and spoken English.
