We are looking for an Operations Support Executive - Claim and Customer service to manage end-to-end policy processing and administrative workflows. This role requires high attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, strong follow-through in coordinating and collaborating with insurers and internal teams, and the ability to navigate evolving. The ideal candidate is diligent, responsible, adaptable, and comfortable handling process-driven tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately into both internal and external portals
  • Handle all customer communications, including phone calls, LINE messages, and email
  • Process claim documentation and maintain organized records on the internal drive
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain meticulous files and documentation
  • Assist with other tasks as required by the manager

Requirements


  • Fluent in Thai as we need to communicate in Thai with local customers
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 0-2 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documents
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment with changing priorities
  • Comfortable handling both structured tasks and unclear workflows
  • Proactive in asking questions and clarifying uncertainties
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Responsible, organized, and able to follow through independently
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Intermediate proficiency in written and spoken English (for communication with HQ and regional stakeholders)
