We are looking for an Operations Support Executive - Claim and Customer service to manage end-to-end policy processing and administrative workflows. This role requires high attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, strong follow-through in coordinating and collaborating with insurers and internal teams, and the ability to navigate evolving. The ideal candidate is diligent, responsible, adaptable, and comfortable handling process-driven tasks in a fast-paced environment.
