Strong skills in optical design and analysis (e.g., lens design, imaging and illumination systems, optical simulation, and tolerance analysis).
Experience with optomechanical integration and system engineering (e.g., working with mechanical, electrical, and computational teams to realize complete optical systems).
Knowledge of optical fabrication and coating processes (e.g., precision optical manufacturing, optical film/coating technologies, and active alignment techniques).
Proficiency with optical design and simulation tools (such as Zemax/OpticStudio, Code V, or equivalent software).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in optical engineering, physics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
Ability to interpret technical specifications, perform experimental testing, and analyze measurement data for system optimization.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, international teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Thai is an advantage.
Prior experience in life sciences, medical optics, automotive sensing, biometrics, or AR/VR optical systems is beneficial.
Willingness to work on-site in Thailand and collaborate closely with manufacturing and R&D teams.
