Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Oracle EPM / EPBCS Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Hyperion and EPBCS Financials and Workforce modules. The role involves supporting budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and financial planning processes while delivering end-to-end Oracle EPM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional and technical troubleshooting capabilities within Oracle EPM environments.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with onshore consultants to support Oracle EPM / EPBCS project delivery
- Gather requirements from finance stakeholders and translate them into system configurations
- Configure Oracle Hyperion and EPBCS modules with focus on Financials and Workforce
- Set up forms, dashboards, approvals, task lists, and security configurations
- Support planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain business rules, Groovy scripts, EPM Automate scripts, and Shell scripts
- Coordinate data integration, validation, and issue resolution activities
- Support UAT, go-live, and post-deployment support activities
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues within Oracle Hyperion and EPBCS environments
Required Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion / EPM / EPBCS
- Minimum 2 end-to-end Hyperion or EPBCS implementation experience
- Strong expertise in Financials and Workforce planning modules
- Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Experience with EPBCS configuration, business rules, and functional support
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Oracle EPM environments
- Experience with Shell or PowerShell scripting for automation
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across time zones
Good To Have
- Experience with Capital or Projects modules in EPBCS
- Exposure to Data Integration or Data Management
- Knowledge of additional Oracle EPM modules
