Oracle EPM - FCCS

Position is for Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, and Trivandrum ONLY, NO remote work and regular shifts.

Oracle FCCS – (8-10 yrs of experience)

Job Description:

• Design and implement Oracle FCCS solutions covering financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, ownership management, and regulatory reporting (IFRS/US GAAP).

• Configure and develop FCCS components including dimensions (Entity, Account, Movement, ICP, Custom), metadata, hierarchies, data forms, dashboards, and financial reports.

• Develop and maintain Calculation Manager business rules, including consolidation logic, intercompany eliminations, and currency translation (CTA, FX adjustments).

• Build and optimize data integration pipelines using Data Management (FDMEE), EPM Automate, REST APIs, and support automated workflows.

• Implement efficient dimensional design, applying sparse/dense optimization strategies to improve application performance and scalability.

• Develop validation rules, automated data loads, and robust error-handling frameworks to ensure data accuracy and process stability.

• Perform performance tuning of FCCS applications, including calculation optimization and data load efficiency improvements.

• Integrate FCCS with Oracle ERP systems and master data tools such as EDMCS (EDMC) and EPBCS, ensuring seamless data flow and governance.

• Support close process automation, including development of close dashboards, reporting solutions, and workflow integrations.

• Manage migration of FCCS artifacts across environments (DEV, TEST, PROD), including release management and version control practices.

• Participate in testing cycles (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and ensure high-quality delivery of FCCS solutions.

• Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver scalable, compliant, and optimized EPM solutions.

Preference:

• Oracle FCCS / EPM Cloud certification (preferred)

• Experience with Anaplan / PCMCS and OAC reporting is an added advantage
