Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven professional with strong communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills. Permanent relocation to Bangkok, with relocation support.

Experience:

  • 5 years of experience managing finance systems projects and operations within ERP environments, particularly in the technology and e-commerce sectors, with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance configuration, compliance, access controls, and risk management.
  • Extensive hands-on experience configuring and optimizing Oracle Fusion Finance solutions, ensuring alignment with financial processes, SOX compliance, segregation of duties (SoD), and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong understanding of finance systems and controls, with proven ability to manage access governance, risk mitigation, and compliance frameworks within Oracle Fusion environments.
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, effectively collaborating with Finance, IT, Product, Audit, and business teams to deliver projects and drive successful outcomes.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, adapting quickly to evolving business and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with system and financial governance standards.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, driving cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), including development and maintenance of reports, templates, data models, and layouts.
  • Strong SQL expertise with the ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot queries for reporting, integrations, and data analysis.
