About the Role
We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation Specialist who understands real Oracle Fusion HCM implementation work and can help translate that knowledge into repeatable, automated processes.
This role is ideal for an Oracle Fusion HCM consultant, functional specialist, or implementation analyst who wants to move beyond traditional implementation work into a product-driven, automation-focused role. You will work closely with our product, development, customer success, and implementation teams to help automate HCM configuration activities, validate setup data, design test scenarios, and improve how Rapid4Cloud supports Oracle Fusion HCM customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and automation of Oracle Fusion HCM implementation tasks.
- Analyze HCM configuration processes and help convert them into structured, repeatable automation workflows.
- Work with Oracle Fusion HCM setup data, configuration workbooks, implementation projects, and related functional processes.
- Help define and test automated configuration migration, comparison, validation, and reporting processes.
- Create, review, and maintain HCM test scenarios, test scripts, and configuration test cases.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to improve Rapid4Cloud automation features for HCM customers.
- Provide functional input on HCM modules, business processes, dependencies, and configuration requirements.
- Help identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for further automation in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Assist in documenting best practices, product behavior, test results, and implementation guidance.
Required Experience
- Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
- Practical knowledge of one or more HCM modules, such as Global HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, or Workforce Structures.
- Experience working with Oracle Fusion configuration, setup tasks, implementation workbooks, or functional design documents.
- Understanding of HCM implementation phases such as design, configuration, testing, migration, UAT, and go-live support.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to explain functional requirements clearly to technical and product teams.
- Good English communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM quarterly updates.
- Experience with Redwood UI testing or validation.
- Experience working with system integrators, managed services teams, or enterprise Oracle customers.
- Knowledge of HDL, HSDL, FBDI, or spreadsheet-based loaders.
- Experience with configuration migration, environment comparison, or automated testing tools.
- Background in QA, business process testing, or regression testing.
- Experience working with offshore or distributed product/development teams.
- Thai language skills are welcome, but not required if English communication is strong.
