Our Enterprise Performance team is at the forefront of enterprise technology, working across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to support the delivery of holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. We support Deloitte client service teams of strategic advisors and architects, differentiated by our industry depth to help collaborate with leading insights providers and leverage your experience in strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operational services to enable the heart of business solutions.
Position Summary
Level: Oracle AI Architect – Manager/Specialist Master
As an Oracle AI Architect, you'll be part of the architecting advanced AI/Gen AI solutions using the latest ML technologies combined with Oracle products and technologies including SAAS, PAAS products, OCI and Oracle AI Agent Studio. Your work will significantly impact sectors like financial services, telecom, healthcare, and code generation by creating distributed, scalable, high-performance solutions for strategic customers

Work with key customers and accompany them on their AI journey – understanding their requirements, help them envision and design and build the right solutions and work together with their ML engineering to remove blockers. Architect AI/ML solutions to be deployed on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to solve complex customer problems. Influence the design, implementation, and the actual roll out and operations of customer solutions leveraging Oracle technologies on Oracle Cloud infrastructure. Design and implement agentic workflows using diverse frameworks, incorporating prompt engineering to optimize performance.
The Team:
Our Oracle Enterprise Solutions team partners with clients to modernize their core business environments, leveraging Oracle ERP Cloud, EBS, and other Oracle products. We work collaboratively to deliver projects that drive digital transformation, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes across industries.
Qualifications
Must Have Skills
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture, with at least 3+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI, Agentic AI solutioning.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services (GenAI Service, Functions, API Gateway, Data Science, Autonomous DB, OCI AI Data Platform).
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio and Redwood UI extensions.
- Prior experience with Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials/ SCM)
- Solid knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, RAG, multi-agent systems, and integration with enterprise apps.
- Experience in Python, SQL, REST APIs
- Familiarity with security, compliance, and governance in cloud/enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in architecting, building, and deploying scalable hybrid AI agents leveraging OCI AI Services and Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio
- Proven track record of delivering at least 2-3 production-grade implementations
Good To Have Skills
- Exposure to cross-cloud AI ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) alongside OCI.
- Knowledge of modern AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, NVIDIA NIM, Hugging Face).
- Proven track record of leading AI/ERP transformation programs in large enterprises
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, engineering, math or equivalent.
