Oracle Service Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

. Service delivery governance,SLA management, customer engagement, monthly reporting and continual serviceimprovement.

. Oversee OCI services includingVCN, Subnets, VNICs, Security Lists, Route Tables, Compute Instances, Storage,OCI Network Firewall, WAF, Email Delivery and IAM services.

. Manage server operations,operating system patching, troubleshooting, backup restoration andinfrastructure availability.

. Oversee Oracle DBCS, ATP, MySQLHeatWave and MSSQL database services including monitoring, patching, backup andrecovery testing.

. Lead Incident, Problem andChange Management processes and major incident resolution activities.

. Coordinate vulnerabilityremediation, security audits, privileged access reviews and complianceinitiatives.

. Manage disaster recoveryplanning, testing, documentation and service restoration activities.

. Participate in architecturereviews, technical governance and infrastructure optimization initiatives.

. Coordinate with applicationteams, vendors and third-party providers for maintenance, patching andupgrades.

Environment Scope

OCI Compute Virtual Machines: 51 (31Production, 15 UAT, 5 Development).

Database Estate: 15 Databases (12 DBCS and3 ATP).

Support coverage includes Academic, LMS,Administrative and ACAD12 systems with extensive batch processing workloads.

Required Qualifications

. Bachelor Degree in InformationTechnology, Computer Science or related discipline.

. 8-12 years of ITInfrastructure, Cloud Operations or Managed Services experience.

. Minimum 5 years of ServiceDelivery Management experience.

. Hands-on experience managingOCI and enterprise database environments.

. Strong stakeholder, vendor andcustomer management capabilities.

Technical Skills

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, OracleDatabase, Autonomous Database, MySQL HeatWave, MSSQL, Linux, Windows Server,WebLogic, Oracle HTTP Server, IIS, Splunk, Tenable, Security Compliance, Backup& Recovery and Disaster Recovery Management.

Preferred Certifications

OCI Professional, ITIL Foundation/ManagingProfessional, Oracle DBA Certification, PMP/PRINCE2, CISSP or CISM.
