This Position reports to:

Service Project Management Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory)


In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.

The work model for the role is: onsite, LI#onsite

This role is contributing to the electrification service in Thailand

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Focusing on achievement of defined targets, including inventory turn on finished goods, requested on-time delivery, and Net Promoter Score.
  • Processing orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Acting as the first port of call for customers queries and orders and ensuring the resolution of customer issues.
  • Supporting in pre-sales or after-sales service by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and efficient customer communication by utilizing specific commercial communication tools.

Qualifications For The Role


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in customer service, order management, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Solid coordination and multitasking abilities, with experience working across functions such as Sales, Logistics, and Marketing.
  • Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and MS Office tools; experience in CRM platforms is an advantage.
  • A customercentric mindset with a focus on accuracy, continuous improvement, and achieving service performance targets.
