OUR OPPORTUNITIES: Organization Capability Coordinator position

*This position is for candidates below Manager level only*

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

• Work with related functions across organization in strategically developing an organization structure and workforce planning which effectively drive a desired organizational behaviors and enable strategic business plan towards its desired objectives and goals.
• Conduct job analysis, job description and job evaluation which allows employees to clearly understand their roles and responsibilities and organization to derive the expected outcomes.
• Work closely with Line managers, HRBP, HR CoE to ensure the organization structure, job description, job evaluation being executed properly.
• Manage shared services between Thaioil and its affiliates to promote synergistic efforts within Thaioil Group
• Conduct related research, benchmarking, analytics, trends through various methods to analyze and develop organization design solutions and initiatives.t

REQUIRMENT

• Open to new graduates or candidates with 3-10 years of professional experience in areas such as Organization Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Job Analysis and Evaluation, HR Business Partnering, Work Process Improvement, Organization Development, or Strategic Planning.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with a passion for working with people.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights.
• Ability to effectively manage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across multiple levels
• Resilient and able to perform effectively under pressure.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's Degree in any field related to Human Resource, Organization Development, management, Industrial Engineer also preferable
