About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Organization Development (OD) Manager to lead key initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee performance, culture, and talent capabilities. This role will partner closely with business leaders and HR teams to drive organizational transformation, workforce planning, performance management, competency development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and passionate about building a high-performance organization.
Key Responsibilities
Organization Development & Transformation
- Lead and implement organization development strategies that support business objectives and organizational growth.
- Analyze organizational structures, workflows, and workforce capabilities to identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Support organizational design, restructuring, and workforce planning projects.
Performance Management
- Manage and continuously improve the Performance Management System (PMS).
- Partner with business leaders to establish performance standards, KPIs, and goal-setting frameworks.
- Monitor performance review processes and ensure consistency across the organization.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
Talent Management & Succession Planning
- Develop and implement talent review and succession planning frameworks.
- Identify high-potential employees and support leadership development initiatives.
- Support career development and talent mobility programs.
Competency & Capability Development
- Design and maintain competency frameworks for key roles and functions.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to identify capability gaps and development solutions.
- Support leadership competency assessments and development programs.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Lead employee engagement surveys and action planning initiatives.
- Develop programs that strengthen organizational culture, employee experience, and employer branding.
- Act as a change champion to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize HR metrics and organizational data to support decision-making.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership teams.
- Monitor OD initiatives and measure their effectiveness and impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Organization Development, Talent Management, HRBP, or related HR functions.
- Experience leading organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of performance management, competency frameworks, succession planning, and talent management.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with leaders across all levels of the organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
