Position: : Senior / Organization Development Manager
Scope of work:
The objective is to drive high performance organization through various HR solutions development and change implementation, cover area of Job architect and organization design, Performance Management, Career and, Culture according to HR strategy and roadmap both in Thailand and overseas business operations.
- Deploy HR strategy and design a variety of initiatives, projects and programs
- Coordinate with related functions across organization in developing solution and drive change for successful implementation with related business units
- Work closely with management to gain direction for project development
- Set up PMO and ensure progress of project/ initiatives
- Conduct related research through various methods to identify problem, analyze and develop HR related solutions to formulate recommendations and action plans
- Support ad-hoc assignments / special projects as requested assigned by Executive management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related field
- Minimum of 8 years experiences in Human Resources, Organization Development, Transformation or/and Consulting Advisory
- Intensive experience in HR solution development or/and change management
- Project management experiences and time management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Enjoy working in an agile and collaborative environment
- Able to work independently with related parties with guidance from Team lead
