Job Description

We are looking for a senior OTC Solution Architect / Competency Lead to lead our SAP OTC practice in India. This role requires a strong mix of solution architecture, delivery leadership, AMS expertise, organization building, pre-sales support capabilities, and an AI-first mindset across all aspects of SAP ERP delivery and transformation services. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementation programs as well as AMS support engagements. The individual should be willing to play a hands-on delivery role initially while helping establish broader organizational capabilities, methodologies, accelerators, automation frameworks, and AI-enabled best practices for the OTC competency. The candidate should help drive adoption of AI-led delivery models, intelligent automation, predictive support approaches, and productivity-enhancing tools across both SAP ERP Delivery and SAP ERP Transformation practices.This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong client-facing skills, team leadership, and the ability to walk the talk in a fast-growing SAP services environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping a modern, AI-enabled SAP practice focused on innovation, delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and customer success.

About the Role

Responsibilities include leading architecture initiatives from inception to completion, collaborating with business users to create architecture in alignment with business need, acting as a technical subject matter expert for business users, championing the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency, and producing documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP OTC solution architecture and delivery for ECC and S/4HANA programs
• Support SAP ECC and S/4HANA AMS engagements including governance and escalations
• Drive end-to-end OTC processes including Sales, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management, and integrations with Finance and Supply Chain
• Participate hands-on in solution design, issue resolution, and critical delivery activities
• Build and lead the OTC competency in India
• Define methodologies, accelerators, templates, tools, and delivery standards
• Mentor and develop OTC consultants and delivery teams
• Support SAP transformation and AMS pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, proposals, and client presentations
• Act as a trusted advisor for customers and leadership teams
• Manage offshore/onshore coordination and delivery governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, or Mathematics

Required Skills

• Minimum 15+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on OTC/SD processes

• Proven experience in:
• SAP ECC implementations
• SAP S/4HANA implementations
• SAP ECC AMS support
• SAP S/4HANA AMS support
• Deep expertise in SAP SD/OTC processes and integrations with FICO, MM, PP, WM/EWM, and Supply Chain functions
• Strong understanding of AMS delivery and support models
• Experience leading global SAP delivery teams and customer engagements
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in organization building, competency development, and mentoring
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery responsibilities
• Experience supporting pre-sales and SAP transformation pursuits

SAP S/4HANA certification, PM Certification, Industry Certification are advantage but not required
