About the Role
The Outbound Sales Executive generates new business by reaching out to potential customers and introducing Factsblend's CRM and SaaS solutions. The role focuses on qualifying prospects, presenting tailored value, and booking product demos. Success means keeping accurate records, hitting sales targets, and working closely with the business team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and networking to connect with potential customers.
- Research, identify, and qualify prospects who fit our target profile.
- Present CRM software features and tailor value propositions to prospects needs.
- Follow up on leads and schedule product demonstrations or meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.
- Meet or exceed set targets for calls, meetings, and conversions.
- Participate in sales training, collaborate with the sales team, and share best practices.
- Stay up to date on product information and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telesales (CRM or SaaS sales is a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Self-motivated, driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and within a business team.
- Commission is provided for each closed deal.
