The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the assigned food and beverage outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and achievement of financial targets. This role leads and develops the team while maintaining brand standards, service excellence, and the Spirit of hospitality.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in Food & Beverage operations.
At least 1-2 years in supervisory/management role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Knowledge of POS systems and financial reporting.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
High-energy operational environment requiring floor presence.
