Job Description

Overseas Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Based on the Group's financial strategy, take full responsibility for local financial accounting, tax management, and compliance risk control.

2. Oversee full-cycle local bookkeeping and accounting to ensure accurate and timely recording of revenue, costs, and expenses; prepare financial statements and management analysis reports in accordance with Group standards.

3. Calculate, file, and pay all local taxes accurately and on time, including annual final settlements, ensuring zero overdue payments and zero errors.

4. Handle tax risk assessments, tax audits, and inspections initiated by tax authorities, resolving disputes appropriately and minimizing tax risks.

5. Support local business development by participating in financial feasibility assessments and compliance planning for new store projects, promotional campaigns, and franchise models.

6. Coordinate and communicate financial and tax matters between Group headquarters and local operations to ensure alignment with Group standards.

7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with local tax, fiscal, and banking regulatory bodies; stay informed about and implement regional tax incentives and financial subsidies.

8. Manage the daily operations, professional guidance, and talent development of the local finance team.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or related fields.

2. Approximately 5 years of experience in financial accounting and tax management, with at least 2 years in a financial management role within F&B, retail, or chain operations.

3. In-depth knowledge of local tax and financial regulations; familiar with revenue recognition, cost control, and tax filing processes in the chain industry.

4. Strong communication, coordination, and independent problem-solving skills; capable of handling tax disputes and cross-departmental collaboration.

5. Proficient in the local language and capable of working in Chinese (able to read Chinese documents and communicate with Group headquarters).

6. Goal-oriented, execution-driven, honest, and experienced in team management.

7. Candidates with existing connections to local tax, fiscal, or banking systems preferred.
