Overseas Procurement Manager (Southeast Asia Region)

Job Overview

Responsible for leading procurement and logistics supply chain operations across the region.

This role focuses on supplier development, cost optimization, quality control, and

cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient and compliant procurement processes aligned

with the company's global supply chain strategy.

Core Responsibilities

1. Supplier Development & Management

Conduct market research and build a local supplier resource pool (warehousing,

customs clearance, transportation service providers, etc.).

Lead supplier screening, negotiation, contract signing, and long-term partnership

management based on company procedures.

Evaluate supplier performance (quality, on-time delivery, cost) and drive continuous

improvement.

2. Procurement Execution & Cost Control

Develop procurement plans and monitor order execution to ensure timely delivery.

Reduce procurement costs through price comparisons, centralized procurement, and

localized sourcing alternatives.

Handle unexpected supplier issues and coordinate emergency solutions.

3. Cross-Department Collaboration

Work closely with domestic logistics, delivery, and co-creation teams to align on

procurement progress and logistics activities.

Support overseas logistics managers to provide end-to-end supply chain solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Logistics,

or related majors (preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in international procurement or cross-border logistics.

Candidates with strong supply chain resources are preferred.

Familiarity with trade environments, regulations, and procedures in key markets.

Excellent business negotiation skills.

Proficient in ERP systems and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).

High resilience and ability to travel frequently or take short-term on-site assignments.

Experience in procurement within manufacturing industries (electronics, apparel, FMCG,

etc.).

Understanding of regional trade agreements such as RCEP.
