Job Responsibilities:
- Supplier Management & Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with suppliers in China to negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and verify product specifications.
- Purchasing Documentation: Prepare and manage all procurement-related documents, including quotations, purchase orders (PO), and import documentation.
- Order Tracking & Logistics: Monitor and track delivery statuses to ensure shipments arrive on schedule; actively resolve any issues or delays that arise during transit.
- Price & Quality Analysis: Evaluate product pricing and quality to ensure all purchased goods meet corporate standards and offer optimal value.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with the warehouse management team, finance department, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement operations.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language, Business Chinese, International Business, or a related field. Graduates from universities in China are highly welcome.
- Language Skills: Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin), with strong verbal and written communication skills for business dealings.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with Chinese counterparts or coordinating directly with suppliers in China (Highly preferred).
- Prior experience studying or living in China will be given special consideration.
