Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assistant Project Management Functions
Support and drive business development initiatives through effective project management, ensuring strategic projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business growth objectives.
Support project planning, scheduling, tracking project performance and providing insights and recommendations to management.
Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Prepare project documentation, presentations, reports, and status updates.
Monitor project timelines, risks, and issues; escalate when necessary.
Assist in organizing project meetings, workshops, and communications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Experience in project work and able to perform PA duties both personal and office task.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good command of English (spoken and written), French languages skills are a plus.
