Job Description

Responsibilities:

Personal Assistant (PA) Functions

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Assistant Project Management Functions


  • Support and drive business development initiatives through effective project management, ensuring strategic projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, tracking project performance and providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Prepare project documentation, presentations, reports, and status updates.
  • Monitor project timelines, risks, and issues; escalate when necessary.
  • Assist in organizing project meetings, workshops, and communications.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience in project work and able to perform PA duties both personal and office task.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good command of English (spoken and written), French languages skills are a plus.
