We are looking for an experienced Padel Coach who is also excited to take on a broader role in club management. This is a key position at our padel club, combining on-court coaching with day-to-day operational involvement.
The role
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality padel coaching (private sessions, group classes, clinics)
- Developing coaching programs for different levels (beginners to advanced)
- Supporting and coordinating tournaments, leagues, and events
- Helping manage daily club operations (scheduling, staff coordination, court usage)
- Acting as a point of contact for members and creating a welcoming club atmosphere
- Contributing ideas to grow the club, coaching offering, and community
What we're looking for
- Strong padel background with coaching experience
- Coaching certification (preferred, but not strictly required if experience is strong)
- Comfortable working with players of all levels
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
- Willing to be hands-on beyond coaching (this is not a coach only role)
- Good communication skills; English required (Thai is a plus)
- A team player who enjoys being part of a growing club
