We are expanding our padel programs and are currently looking for experienced padel coaches for two locations in Asia, starting June 2026 (Bangkok) and April (Singapore).

BANGKOK, THAILAND HEAD PADEL COACH

Brand-new, premium facility in a prime location.

Role

Lead and develop the padel program

Coach adults & juniors (groups, privates, clinics)

Build class structures and player pathways

Support and manage assistant coaches

Help grow the padel community and events

Package

100,000 120,000 THB / month

SINGAPORE PADEL COACH

Established padel location with high demand.

Role

Deliver group sessions, privates & clinics

Coach all levels (adults & juniors)

Support program and community growth

Package

7,500 8,500 SGD / month

Additional hours and private coaching available

Prime location in Singapore

Profile (Both Roles)

Strong padel playing & coaching experience

Professional, reliable, and motivated

Leadership experience required for Head Coach role
