The Role
We are seeking a Digital Performance & Paid Media Manager to lead and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, with a clear focus on ROI, revenue growth and measurable commercial outcomes for hospitality brands.
This role is ideal for someone who is commercially driven, analytically strong and experienced in managing performance marketing for hotels, resorts, lifestyle venues or luxury travel brands.
You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising digital campaigns that drive direct bookings, footfall and qualified demand, while continuously improving efficiency, ROAS and attribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Drive direct revenue performance, focusing on ROAS, CPA, conversion rate and booking value
- Optimise campaigns across multiple audiences, markets and funnels including brand, non-brand, remarketing and prospecting
- Own budget allocation, pacing and performance forecasting
- Build and maintain clear performance dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Analyse campaign performance, identify insights and translate data into clear optimisation actions
- Work closely with marketing, revenue and creative teams to align campaigns with commercial priorities
- Test and scale new audiences, formats, creatives and landing page strategies
- Ensure tracking accuracy across GA4, Meta, Google Tag Manager and booking engines
- Support campaign planning around key periods including high season, low season and major events
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads with clear ROI accountability
- Strong background in hospitality, travel, lifestyle or e-commerce performance marketing
- Confident managing mid to large monthly budgets with a commercial mindset
- Advanced understanding of attribution, tracking and analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking best practice
- Hands-on, proactive and highly organised
- Comfortable working across multiple brands, campaigns or markets
