We're hiring: Paid Media Optimization Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid media strategy across digital platforms including social media, search, display, and marketplace channels to drive brand visibility, traffic, and revenue growth.
- Lead end-to-end ads optimization process including media planning, budget allocation, targeting strategy, performance tracking, and ROI improvement.
- Act as the central performance marketing expert supporting Imported Brand, Licensing Brand, and Owned Brand teams with data-driven campaign recommendations.
- Collaborate with Brand Directors and Brand Managers to translate brand objectives into measurable media KPIs and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Manage and optimize advertising across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, and other emerging digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, engagement rate, and customer acquisition cost to ensure optimal return on investment.
- Develop data dashboards and performance reports to provide actionable insights for brand and commercial teams.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for creatives, audience segments, bidding strategies, and landing pages to continuously improve performance efficiency.
- Oversee social media advertising strategy to ensure alignment between paid and organic content for cohesive brand storytelling.
- Manage media budgets across multiple brands, ensuring disciplined spending and performance accountability.
- Partner with E-Commerce, CRM, and Data teams to optimize conversion funnels and customer journey touchpoints.
- Evaluate and manage external media agencies (if applicable) to ensure strategic alignment and performance standards.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and emerging ad technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Establish performance benchmarks and best practices across all brand categories within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 58 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or media optimization
- Strong hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid media platforms Proven track record in improving ROAS and conversion efficiency
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data and translate into business actions
- Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-category business structures is preferred
- Familiar with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, and data visualization tools
- Strong budget management and forecasting capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, agile, and commercially focused
