We are looking for a full-time Paid Media Specialist to drive B2B lead generation and pipeline growth through paid acquisition across Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta. You will plan, build and optimise performance marketing campaigns across these channels. The goal is to generate qualified leads and measurable growth through disciplined experimentation, strong creative testing and rigorous reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign execution across:
- Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube and Display as relevant)
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager (lead gen, website conversions, retargeting)
- Meta Ads Manager (prospecting, retargeting, lead forms, conversion campaigns)
- Build and maintain campaign structures, targeting, bidding strategies and test plans.
- Help shape budget allocation and channel strategy in partnership with the marketing lead.
- Develop and run an experimentation roadmap (audiences, creative, offers, bidding and placements) and coordinate landing page tests with the web team.
- Create and maintain performance reporting that connects spend to outcomes (pipeline/revenue where possible).
- Manage tracking and measurement:
- Ensure conversion events and pixel setup are correct (GTM, GA4 and platform pixels).
- Work with web/dev teams to troubleshoot attribution and conversion issues.
- Partner with creative and content to brief, launch and iterate on ad creative (you will provide input and performance insights, while the design team produces final assets):
- Write or refine ad copy and creative direction based on performance insights.
- Build a repeatable creative testing process (angles, hooks, formats, proof points).
- Improve landing page conversion rates in collaboration with design/web through CRO insights, testing recommendations and messaging input (the web team will implement changes).
- Monitor performance daily and make proactive optimisations (pacing, bids, exclusions, audience quality and frequency).
- Maintain high standards for account hygiene (naming conventions, documentation, change logs and QA).
- Keep up with platform updates, policy changes and best practices.
Required skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administrative or related.
- Priority to Thai Nationality, age is not over 45 years.
- 2–5+ years managing paid media budgets with hands-on ownership (not just reporting).
- Strong practical experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good communication skills in Thai and English.
- Solid understanding of:
- Conversion tracking, attribution basics and measurement limitations
- GA4 and Google Tag Manager (comfortable diagnosing tracking issues)
- Audience strategy and funnel-based campaign planning
- Confident with data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets; pivot tables and clear interpretation of results).
- Copy and creative judgement: can identify why creative is or is not working and iterate quickly.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Experience working with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, spreadsheets and a CRM (for lead/pipeline feedback).
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B lead generation and longer sales cycles (MQL → SQL → pipeline).
- Experience improving landing pages (CRO), running A/B tests or working with tools like Hotjar.
- Experience with offline conversion imports, enhanced conversions or Meta CAPI.
- Experience with Looker Studio dashboards and multi-touch attribution concepts.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM integrations and lead quality feedback loops.
