Role Description

We are seeking a Thai national proficient in Chinese and Thai to join as a part-time intern/assistant for 2 months (with possible extension). This role focuses on supporting our client in the automotive sector in Bangkok.

This temporary part-time onsite role based in Bangkok City, Thailand for an Automotive Software Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions on our automotive software solutions and conducting hands-on sessions to ensure effective learning. The trainer will also support and provide feedback to the product development team, and offer technical support during training sessions.

Key Tasks

• Work directly with car showrooms team to guide staff on using Gausscodes software system.
• Provide customer training and demonstrations of the software.
• Answer basic client questions in Thai and Chinese, ensuring smooth communication.
• Collect and report complex technical issues to our head office team.
• Assist in client interactions during showroom visits, ensuring a professional customer experience.

Requirements

• Thai national with strong proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and Thai (spoken & written).
• Background in customer service or client support preferred.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and explain it clearly. (training will be provided)
• Professional, reliable, and flexible for part-time showroom support.
• Must be flexible to attend in person at client requests
• Capability to work independently and manage training schedules
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Management related field is preferred.
