We are seeking part-time Professional Babysitters (Au Pair Style) to join our team at Happy Help. This on-site role is based in Ko Samui, requiring candidates to provide attentive and engaging childcare. Responsibilities include supervising children, organizing age-appropriate activities, assisting with daily routines, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in their care. Babysitters will also collaborate with families to accommodate any unique cultural preferences or parenting approaches.

• Experience in Babysitting and Childcare
• Skills in Working With Children and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment
• Training and experience in child safety or Teaching are highly valued
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to work with multilingual families and diverse cultural settings
• Previous experience as an Au Pair or similar role is a plus
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Thai or another language is advantageous
• CPR or First Aid certification preferred
• Adaptability, patience, and a positive attitude
