Job Title: Account Partner
We are hiring for our client which is based out in Bangkok, Thailand.
Role Overview
Talent-matics is looking for a senior Account Partner to manage and grow large enterprise accounts ($3M+ annual revenue). This role combines C-suite relationship management, P&L ownership, portfolio governance, and strategic leadership across Data, AI, and transformation programs.
The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, program oversight experience, and the ability to drive measurable outcomes while influencing executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Leadership
- Define and execute multi-year account growth strategies aligned with client priorities.
- Convert executive objectives into funded transformation programs.
Executive Relationship Management
- Build trusted C-suite relationships (CEO, CIO, COO, CRO, Business Heads).
- Lead executive discussions, negotiations, and conflict resolution.
P&L Ownership & Growth
- Own account revenue, margin, and cash performance.
- Expand accounts across new service areas and opportunities.
Portfolio & Delivery Governance
- Oversee multiple large-scale programs in Data, AI, and operating-model transformation.
- Ensure on-time, high-quality, secure, and compliant delivery.
- Serve as escalation point for engagement and delivery teams.
Commercial & Contract Management
- Manage MSAs, SOWs, rate cards, milestones, and change orders.
- Ensure financial discipline and dispute resolution.
Leadership & Talent Development
- Mentor engagement managers and delivery leaders.
- Build succession pipelines and foster outcome-focused delivery culture.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1218+ years in Consulting, System Integration, or Product-led Services.
- Experience managing $3M+ ARR enterprise accounts.
- Strong P&L management and revenue growth record.
- Domain expertise in Financial Services (Banking, Cards, Payments, Risk, Compliance) orTelecommunications (CVM, OSS/BSS, Network, Customer Care, Channels).
- Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle and program governance.
- Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing complex enterprise contracts.
