The Partner Alliance Manager is responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth, expand market reach, and increase country-level revenue. This role involves identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating commercial agreements, and aligning internal cross-functional teams with external partners to execute go-to-market strategies effectively. The Partner Alliance Manager also monitors shared performance metrics to ensure partnership goals are achieved and business outcomes are delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing partnerships and alliances strategies
- Identifying potential partnership opportunities and collaboration area
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis for partnership
- Negotiating partnership agreements and contract
- Managing and nurturing partner relationship
- Tracking and reporting on partnership performance and RO
- Developing joint marketing and promotional activities with partner
- Identifying and addressing partnership challenges and issue
- Contributing to partnership program growth and success
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams on partnership initiative
- Staying updated with industry trends and partnership development
Required Skills & Qualification
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnership
- Familiarity with CRM tools would be a plus
- Experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions
- Highly goal-oriented, assertive, and a hands-on, problem solver
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
