Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok for a Partner Operations Specialist. The role involves supporting and managing relationships with business partners, enhancing their experience with the platform. Key responsibilities include onboarding partners, resolving client queries, and identifying opportunities for growth. The role will also involve frequent communication with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure optimal partner satisfaction.

• Prior experience in operations, partner management, or within an online platform company is a plus
