Job Purpose:
Drive strategic value from AIA's partnerships with designated Bank, Non-Bank, and Omnichannel partners, aligned with business direction. Oversee multiple distribution channelsFace-to-Face, Online, and Drop-offand act as the key coordinator between partners and internal teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate new products and propositions, acting as the Product Development (PD) representative for ongoing product and fund management. Support sales and customer campaigns, including managing sales compensation.
- Gain insights from the insurance and partner industries to identify emerging trends, business opportunities, and strategic initiatives that support AIA's growth objectives.
- Develop and manage contracts with partners and vendors, including handling all related documentation and processes (e.g., agreements, due diligence, etc.).
- Co-develop key sales content in collaboration with the Head of Sales and Sales Coach to support training programs, enhance sales effectiveness, and ensure alignment with business strategies.
- Coordinate partner engagement meetings, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly sessions, in collaboration with Head of Sales and Key Account teams.
- Serve as the primary contact for product and campaign-related matters.
- Lead negotiations with partners on both financial and non-financial terms to ensure mutual value creation.
- Organize sales and customer events, overseeing the selection, management, and distribution of campaign prizes, rewards, and sales souvenirs.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to cross-functional initiatives and supporting business growth through effective collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Insurance or related fields
- At least 5 years work experience in insurance, banking or finance related is preferred
- Effective communication and presentation capabilities
- Mature, Proactive, Can-do attitude and be able to work with less supervision
- Good command in English
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to develop and deliver sales coaching content
