We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Partner Manager to drive enterprise sales growth and expand our channel partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with enterprise customers and channel partners, driving revenue growth, ensuring licensing compliance, and strengthening market presence within the IT and Virtualization domain.
This role requires a strong blend of enterprise sales expertise, partner management capabilities, business acumen, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new enterprise customers and grow existing accounts.
- Identify business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Drive opportunities through the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closure.
Licensing & Compliance Management
- Ensure customers comply with software licensing agreements and policies.
- Advise customers on licensing models, optimization opportunities, and best practices.
- Work proactively with customers to address licensing-related concerns and requirements.
Channel Partner Development
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the channel partner network.
- Identify, onboard, and enable new channel partners to increase market reach and sales coverage.
- Drive revenue growth through partners by developing joint business plans and sales initiatives.
- Support partners with training, enablement, and go-to-market activities.
Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner engagement and support.
- Address partner concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive partner experience.
- Collaborate with partners on joint marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer outreach programs.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Identify new market opportunities and recommend growth strategies.
- Provide regular market feedback to support product positioning and business planning.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Business Development within the IT industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing enterprise customer relationships and software licensing compliance.
- Strong channel sales development and partner relationship management experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Customer-focused and results-driven approach.
- Good understanding of IT solutions and services, particularly within the Virtualization domain.
- Ability to effectively articulate business value and solution benefits to enterprise customers and partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Enterprise-level sales experience in the Virtualization, Digital Workspace, Endpoint Management, or related IT infrastructure domains.
- Existing network of enterprise customers and channel partners is an advantage.
