As LUNARI continues to grow our presence in Thailand, we're looking for a dedicated team member to strengthen our local relationships and support our expanding portfolio of talent and partnerships.
This role is designed to work closely with LUNARI's Southeast Asian team and will report directly to LUNARI Global. You'll collaborate daily with regional leadership across talent management, partnerships, and business development while serving as LUNARI's primary representative in Thailand. Rather than managing projects independently, you'll play a key role in bringing local expertise, relationships, and on-the-ground execution to a highly collaborative regional team.
What You'll Do
- Support talent activities, appearances, campaigns, and local stakeholder coordination in Thailand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Thai brands, agencies, and entertainment industry partners.
- Identify and cultivate partnership and commercial opportunities within the Thai market.
- Represent LUNARI at meetings, industry events, networking opportunities, and partner discussions.
- Work closely with LUNARI's regional team on talent initiatives, partnership opportunities, and project execution.
- Provide local market insights, industry updates, and strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate the successful execution of campaigns, appearances, and partnership deliverables.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in talent management, entertainment, influencer marketing, media, brand partnerships, business development, account management, or a related field.
- Currently based in Bangkok, Thailand.
- Strong understanding of Thailand's entertainment, media, creator, and commercial landscape.
- Experience working with brands, sponsorships, endorsements, or commercial partnerships.
- An existing network across Thai brands, agencies, media, or entertainment industry stakeholders is highly preferred.
- Fluent in both Thai and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced regional environment.
