The Role
As a Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for managing our opportunities, both new and existing, identifying fresh avenues for growth, fostering lasting relationships, and creating impactful marketing strategies. Your contribution to our expansion will be rewarded, making you a key player in our journey towards remarkable success.
To excel in this role, you must demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills and understand the communication needs of individual clients. You should be comfortable being the main point of contact for numerous clients and have extraordinary organizational and multitasking skills while remaining detail-oriented at all times. Furthermore, your experience in the industry has created a network of colleagues, clients, mutual connections, and opportunities that you can utilize in any role.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage proficiency in various digital marketing platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok, alongside influencer marketing platforms to craft and execute highly effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Implement a data-driven approach to understand target audience/market behavior, ensuring campaigns resonate with the market.
- Demonstrate a keen sense of identifying new markets while strategically nurturing client relationships.
- Proven ability to build and maintain profitable relationships with both suppliers and clients, focusing on long-term success.
- Manage and exceed KPIs, build a sales pipeline, and leverage CRM systems to drive growth and success.
- Be an expert in contract negotiations, creating sustainable partnerships that bring value to the company's products and services.
- Focus on product differentiation and the delivery of invaluable service in all partnerships.
- Design and conduct market studies, and industry/competitor analysis, using a data-driven approach to guide digital marketing directions.
- Translate company data into analyses and recommendations with a substantial impact on business development.
- Lead client acquisition, contract negotiations, and secure contracts with a focus on innovation and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to pioneer new business initiatives and optimize existing ones.
- Manage profit and loss responsibilities, ensuring the financial success of the agency's digital marketing ventures.
Qualifications And Experience
- Strong knowledge of influencer marketing, social platforms, and the creator ecosystem.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in sales/partnerships, demonstrated deal-closing skills, and the ability to negotiate contracts and manage revenue targets.
- Proven existing relationships with agencies, brands, and/or platform partners.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with a confident pitch presence.
- Highly organised with strong strategic thinking and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, self-directed operator with an entrepreneurial mindset.
