Partnerships Manager

We are looking for a Thai-speaking Partnerships Manager to join our international team. This role is focused on communication, partner support, and growing partnerships within a structured system.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new partners — affiliate networks, Telegram channels, TikTok accounts, and influencers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage day-to-day partner communication.
• Generate and track UTM links; maintain a database of high-performing channels.
• Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPM, ER, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Report campaign performance to the management and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Thai — mandatory.
• English at a working level.
• Confident use of Google Sheets/Excel.
• Strong negotiation skills and results-oriented approach.
• No prior experience required — training provided.
