Key Responsibilities:
Account Acquisition & Growth
- Drive the acquisition and expansion of strategic merchant partnerships across Thailand.
- Develop tailored approaches to deepen collaboration and maximize merchant performance.
End-to-End Partnership Management
- Lead the full partnership cycle: lead generation, outreach, meetings, negotiations, contracting, onboarding, and integration coordination.
- Ensure seamless execution and high-quality partner experience throughout all stages.
Strategic Merchant Development
- Identify growth opportunities and propose initiatives that enhance merchant performance and adoption.
- Contribute insights that shape the Thailand partnership strategy and product offerings.
Operational Relationship Management
- Maintain strong operational relationships with key merchant partners.
- Ensure merchants receive timely support, clear communication, and effective issue resolution.
Lead Generation & Opportunity Development
- Segment and prioritize merchant categories aligned with Thailand market needs.
- Strengthen WOGI's catalog by building and maintaining accurate, compelling merchant listings and proposals.
Administrative & Reporting Support
- Ensure accurate contract management and internal documentation.
- Track partnership performance and prepare weekly progress reports with Line Managers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with regional, product, operations, and finance teams to support Thailand-related initiatives.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure operational readiness and alignment on partnership execution.
Merchant Communication & Issue Resolution
- Manage daily merchant communications and operational workflows.
- Lead escalation handling and resolve issues with speed, clarity, and professionalism.
Technology & Services Knowledge
- Maintain strong knowledge of WOGI's products, services, and catalog capabilities.
- Confidently explain offerings and propose solutions aligned with merchant needs.
Additional Duties
- Support additional tasks and assignments to advance the goals of the Partnership team.
Key Requirements
- Strong relationship builder with high confidence in engaging decision-makers.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and influence outcomes.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management; experience with key accounts is an advantage.
- High commercial awareness and strong analytical judgment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workflows.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required.
- Able to operate independently, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
