Job opening for Patient Counsellor

Location:

Mumbai - Kurla /Andheri /Vashi / Thane

Bangalore- Indiranagar / Jayanagar/ Malleshwaram

Pune- Kothrud/ Aundh/Koregaon Park

Experience: 0-6 Years

Salary: Up to 4.5 LPA

(depends on Work Experience and last drawn salary)

Role:Handle patient interactions, explain treatment plans, manage front desk, and convert consultations into confirmed treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient counselling & coordination
• Front desk & appointment management
• Explain treatment & pricing
• Drive conversions & revenue
• Handle patient queries & ensure satisfaction

Eligibility:

• HSC / Graduate
• Good communication skills
• Customer service / sales experience preferred
• Basic Excel knowledge

Work Schedule: 6 days working (including Sunday), 1 weekday off.

Any 9 hours shift between 7am to 9pm
