Purpose of the Role
The Patient Value Partner (PVP) has the top line responsibility and accountability for the successful partnership programs and initiatives with Healthcare Organizations (HCO) including hospitals, service plan organization in Thailand to enhance HCOs capabilities for organ donation, recipient registration, organ allocation, coordination of procurement and transplantation. The PVP is at the center of the Astellas's Transplant team to implement operational plans to support and enhance comprehensive organ donation and donor management with HCOs focusing on scientific arrangement and engagement with relevant stakeholders. By doing so the PVP will be directly accountable to deliver better outcomes for patients and the organization.
What you will do includes:
- Partner with Healthcare Organizations and Multidisciplinary Team including professional physicians, transplant and donor management co-nurses etc. in focused NHSO health areas to wisely utilize Astellas's resources and meet expected key performance indexes (KPIs)
- Uncover all potential opportunities and concrete operational plan to improve outcomes for patients.
- Partner with patient journey stakeholders who involve with patient journey pathway in donor and transplant management to remove roadblocks and unlock possibilities to deliver value for patients and the community.
- Deploy all assigned operational activities as well as to develop and implement strategies and tactics in designated timeline and objectives.
- Visit and meet all stakeholders following agreed customer engagement plan and meet all MCCP KPIs
- Work with brand charter team (CFT) to draw insights from the external environment / market and develop or create the innovative and value-driven patients program.
- Collaborate with Brand Lead & Brand Associate, MA to support the development of an agile, customer-led digital and customer solutions strategy which meets the needs of the business, our customers and patients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Medical Science related fields
- Has 3-5+ years of experience as a sales/medical representative.
- Demonstrated experience in sales analysis, project management developing strategies and implementing operational plans to achieve objectives
- Ability to identify and articulate opportunities and risks
- Good communication and interaction skills oral, written and presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independent as well as a team
- Has Good Knowledge Microsoft Office and Window based computer applications.
- Able to write and speak in English.

- Strong leadership with customer and good interpersonal skill.
- Good Self-control and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to make decisions and response to solve problems immediately and effectively.
- Strong capabilities with established key principles of success including 1) focus outcome over task orientation, 2) think about enterprise over individual function, 3) act with urgency.
