Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Branch leader to drive marketing strategy to achieve business goals
- Analyze, correct data, monitor market movement, product movement, competitor, customer need
- Planning, Analyze and expand agency follow corporate policy
- To support, services, facilitate all requirement of business partner
- To support, training business knowledge, Claim policy with business partner
Reporting Relationships
Reports to : Senior Manager, Branch Operation
Skills
Experience
- At least 5 years experience in Marketing Agent, Motor or Non Motor in insurance business will be advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
- Good communication, interpersonal skill
- Service mind, good relationship, Negotiation skills
- Self-Motivate, Proactive, Strong Networking
- Able to lead team to archive goal
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to driving Car and have car license
- Computer literacy especially (Excel, PowerPoint)
