The company is expanding its international customer base and is looking for team members who are interested in Alternative Payment solutions to support various customer segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor updates and trends related to new international payment methods in compliance with Thai regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with Sales Admin, Accounting, and other related teams.
- Verify the accuracy of international payment transactions and prepare daily summary reports.
- Candidates with the ability to design or improve payment operation flows will be given special consideration.
- Prepare financial reports, income and expense records, and reconcile bank statements.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers regarding payment processing.
- Ensure departmental operations comply with company policies, regulations, and related requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related functions.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and consistently maintains a high level of integrity.
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Experience in managing international payment collections will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of foreign exchange rates, international money transfer platforms, and related transaction fees.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with both internal and external parties.
