LINE Pay is an integrated online and offline payment platform under LINE MAN Wongnai and LINE Thailand, following the acquisition in August 2023. LINE Pay offers seamless payment services, including an easy and secure digital wallet, and quick on-the-go payment options for purchases, money transfers, or top-ups. LINE Pay services can be utilized within public transportation, for purchasing goods and services from partner brands, as well as for various utility bill payments.

What You'll Do:

  • Validate, investigate, and resolve complex payment issues and discrepancies, ensuring high processing accuracy and prompt resolution for escalated cases
  • Perform a reconciliation of payment transactions across various channels and proactively resolve systemic unmatched cases on a daily basis
  • Responsible for completing assigned duties timely and escalating to leadership if concerns arise with meeting key processing deadlines
  • Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a systematic and timely manner on payment-related issues
  • Support payment operations initiatives and contribute to special projects as assigned

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistic/Business/Finance or related fields
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates who have necessary requirements are welcome
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data handling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail, well-organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work on assigned schedules, including weekends or unusual hours to handle urgent incidents
