About the role
This role will oversee daily payment operations, ensure smooth transaction processing, and act as a key coordination point across internal teams. A well-suited for someone who enjoys taking ownership in a young, fast-moving, and high-growth environment, working closely with cross-functional teams and supporting different stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Monitor payment transactions, alerts, and operational queues during business hours
- Act as the first escalation point for payment-related issues and incidents
- Support and guide our operations team on daily operational matters
- Coordinate closely with Customer Service, Payments, Technology, Risk, and Admin teams
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and adherence to SLAs and internal procedures
What we're looking for
- Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written)
- Strong operational discipline, attention to detail, and clear communication skills
- Experience in payments, operations, fintech, or financial services environments is a strong advantage
- Comfortable working in a young, fast-moving, and collaborative environment with evolving processes
