Job Description

Ensuring accurate and timely processing of client's employee payroll, maintaining payroll records, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Salary: THB 18,000 - 25,000 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Verify attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll-related data.
  • Maintain and update payroll records in HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax rules, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with Finance and HR on payroll matters.
  • Prepare basic payroll reports and support audits.
  • Respond to client's employee inquiries regarding salary and deductions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in payroll administration or HR operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems such as HumanSoft or similar HRMS.
  • Good understanding of Labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills and service-minded attitude
  • Good command in English & Thai communication is advantage
