Ensuring accurate and timely processing of client's employee payroll, maintaining payroll records, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Salary: THB 18,000 - 25,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Verify attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll-related data.
- Maintain and update payroll records in HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax rules, and company policies.
- Coordinate with Finance and HR on payroll matters.
- Prepare basic payroll reports and support audits.
- Respond to client's employee inquiries regarding salary and deductions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in payroll administration or HR operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with payroll systems such as HumanSoft or similar HRMS.
- Good understanding of Labor laws and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and service-minded attitude
- Good command in English & Thai communication is advantage
