About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll & Compensation Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations and compensation processes for our Thailand team. This role ensures accurate payroll processing, compliance with Thai labor regulations, and effective compensation administration to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Thailand employees (including salary, OT, incentives, commission, allowances, deductions).
- Ensure payroll accuracy and timely payment in compliance with Thailand labor laws and tax regulations.
- Maintain payroll records, employee compensation data, and HRIS updates.
- Administer compensation & benefits programs, including bonus calculations and incentive schemes (especially for sales/live commerce team).
- Prepare payroll reports, headcount reports, and cost analysis for management.
- Support compensation review processes (salary benchmarking, increment, promotion adjustments).
- Coordinate with Finance for payroll reconciliation and reporting.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, tax, and benefits.
- Ensure confidentiality and data accuracy at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 24 years of experience in payroll and compensation handling, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or fast-paced industries.
- Strong knowledge of Thailand labor law, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems and HRIS.
- High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Good communication skills in Thai and English.
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
