Job Description

Delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely Payroll and HR operational services. The scope includes end-to-end payroll operations, HR administration, compliance, employee support, and service delivery management to external clients.

Responsibilities:

Client's Payroll Services

Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.

Validate inputs (timekeeping, allowances, deductions, benefits, variable pay).

Handle statutory compliance (tax, social security, provident fund).

Prepare payroll reports and support audits.

Manage off-cycle payroll and employee inquiries.

Client's HR Services

Oversee onboarding/offboarding administration and Client's employee documentation.

Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy.

Provide HR service desk support for policies, benefits, employment letters and others which is related.

Administer benefits, leave, and employee welfare programs.

Ensure service quality, SLAs, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

35+ years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration. And experience servicing external clients (BPO, shared services, HR outsourcing) is a strong advantage.

Knowledge of Thailand labor law, payroll regulations, and statutory requirements (SSO, PF, tax).

Good command of English and Thai in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office.

High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pleasant personality and high level of integrity and professionalism.
